Powered Green Smoothie Recipe

By popular demand, it’s here! My main green smoothie recipe. It’s fresh and tasty. Using organic produce in a Vitamix is best but this will work in any semi-powerful blender:

1 peeled cucumber cut into chunks
1/2 avocado
1/2 granny smith apple
2 handfuls of raw kale
1 handful of frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
1 mango
Almond Milk or Coconut Water (add to the level that you need to blend. I tend to use 1/2 vegan milk and 1/2 coconut water. You can also just substitute coconut water for regular filtered water)
