1 TBL pure maple syrup (grade B preferred)
¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Peel sweet potatoes, chop them into 1 inch cubes and then boil for about 8 minutes until soft (do not overcook).
Once they are done, drain and transfer back into the pot and mash the potatoes, slowly adding in the other ingredients. Serve warm. Serves 2.
