Smoothies in the Winter?!

I’m a smoothie drinker but when Winter approaches, man does it get hard! One great thing is to use room temp ingredients, not frozen ones (fresh banana vs. frozen one). My other trick is to always have a cup of hot tea nearby. This morning, I’ve got Yogi Tea green tea. What are you eating & drinking??

    1. Yes! I’ve also gone so far as to use only fruits and veggies that aren’t frozen so that my smoothies aren’t as cold in the winter, haha! They are more room temp and that helps too. Tea on the side helps me stay warm so much better so it’s definitely a practice I plan to keep! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
