HEATHER JULIET // Life Coach / Reiki Healer

Hello and welcome to my site! I have a passion for helping people, cultivating positive energy, mindset training and guiding people to take their lives to the next level. Creating a healthy & happy life is critical for our wellbeing yet so many people opt for “easy” and end up stuck. I like to unstick people.

Living with a strong mind/body connection will change your life. Getting a stage 4 cancer diagnosis at 33 really threw my world upside down. It led me to learn even more about energy healing, our body frequencies/vibrations and having a strong mindset. It also helped me get in touch deeply with the spiritual side of life…and I survived in the process!

I like working with cool clients who have a good sense of humor and who are ready to do the work. If you want to raise your good vibes, heal from past pains, release blocks, feel happier and rock this life…contact me.

That’s the work I do now; helping others create beautiful, healthy lives through coaching and reiki healing.

Let’s connect!

  1. Hi Heather. Your tempeh with coconut sounds terrific. Always looking for exciting ways to prepare this fine food. We produced Betsy’s Tempeh in Mich. for 9 1/2 years back in the mid 80’s and developed a new process for making tempeh on stainless steel trays. We sold our tempeh in both patty and grated form that our customers loved!
We recently filed a patent for a tempeh incubator that could be used in restaurants and small shops making artisan tempeh for the local markets. We connected with a group that can take our invention to the next level called TempehSure. com. There you can read the history and the people involved in the amazing project.
Meanwhile you can check out our website showing our easy method for making tempeh at home. By the way, we live in Port Hueneme, Ventura county, Calif. So if you ever come up this way, let us know and drop in for a tempeh panini since we make tempeh for ourselves and friends.
    Happy eating
